Select >> Billing > Payment Methods
Click >> Add New Bank Account
Choose Bank Account (SEPA or ACH)
enter your IBAN (for SEPA) or bank details (for ACH) and authorize the mandate.
Stripe handles mandate authorization and compliance.
???? 5. Automatic Annual Payments
Once the bank account is added and the mandate is authorized:
Our Billing System will generate an invoice(s) every year based on the billing cycle and the number of services.
Stripe will automatically debit the client’s bank account.
The payment is applied to the invoice in the Client Area Account.
Our system will store the mandate reference, not the full payment info.
