There are a number of ways to reset your email password:
1.) Through the Client Area ( https://billing.thehostingpool.com ): Services >> Login to CPanel >> Email >> Email Accounts >> Manage >> New Password >> ( Enter the new password ) >> Update email settings
User: xxxx@xxxxxx-xxxxx.com ( email address where you receive notifications from thehostingpool )
pass: password can be reset using the forgot password link
2.) Login directly to CPanel ( https://dedi178.fastsecurehost.com:2083 ) and follow the steps: Email >> Email Accounts >> Manage >> New Password >> ( Enter the new password ) >> Update email settings
While in the CPanel you can also have the Mail Client Manual Setting emailed directly to another email address by following these steps:
Email >> Email Accounts >> "Connect Devices" ( button beside each email account )
Use the Email Instructions Form to have the email setting email to your chosen email address.
